  1. You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information required to complete the signup process.

You acknowledge and agree that we will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication, that we may send emails about other programs and resources from time to time, and that emails may be sent through a third-party service.   3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
  4. You acknowledge that the content on this site does not constitute counseling, psychotherapy, or any other form of mental health care treatment, nor is it a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, business, or other advice. You take full responsibility for decisions made and actions taken or not taken based on insights gained in our course(s). You expressly understand and agree that Elizabeth Odders-White and nodramaturg coaching & consulting shall have no liability or legal responsibility for said actions.
  5. Your use of this site is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an ”as is“ and ”as available“ basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  6. We do not knowingly provide services or sell products to children. If you are below the age of 16, you may use our website only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor, please do not provide us or other website visitors with any personal information and do not use this website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
